The Monarch Residences
The Monarch Residence consists of two main towers and is a seven-level apartment complex comprising studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment suites, and duplexes. The project was launched in January 2023 and is set to be completed in 2026. It boasts of many amenities including a conference room, a pizzeria and bakery, a kid’s recreational area, and a mini supermarket.
Park Apartments
Park Apartments is a 54 unit luxury apartment block in prestigious Cantonments. Construction of the 7-floor apartment began in 2020 and promises homeowners luxury, space and a highly coveted Cantonments address; and investors, guaranteed return on investment. Park Apartments was completed in 2022 with a development cost of US$6.3m.
Knights Court
Knight Court is a 20 unit apartment block located in the upscale suburb of East Cantonments, Accra. This project was completed in March 2015 with a development cost of US$4.93m.
Cappella Place
Capella Place was developed by Mobus Properties Ghana in 2011 and comprises of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The beautiful apartment block is located in East Legon, Accra.
Ubuntu Apartments
The International Apartment is a manifestation of the company’s commitment to developing living spaces that inspire. The 21 unit residential development was completed in May 2021 and will house staff of the Ghana International School in Cantonments. The design philosophy was influenced by new age residential classicism, with the spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment block setting new standards in understated elegance with its bespoke interiors, stylish exteriors and landscaped gardens.
